Order Information

FRAMES2U orders are shipped from our warehouses Sydney Australia.

Yes. After you enter your credit card information, you will be taken to an order verification page. It will show you the billing, shipping and charge information. At this point, you can either cancel or submit the order.

Shipping to NZ is based on the items purchased. Prices are displayed in AUD. Please e-mail us for shipping cost.

The short answer is YES, if you first mount the smaller item onto the correct paper size intended for the frame. This is really useful for paper-plate and odd-sized children's artwork, as well as for creating an edgy and eye-catching art or photo gallery. Oversized frames with offset-from-center smaller items is really in style!

Getting a larger mat will not be an appropriate solution because the artwork won't stay straight or in place unless it is secured under the corners.

Purchase any paper that is appropriate to fit the frame - including colored or textured paper - onto which you will mount the smaller or odd-shaped artwork. You can center or offset the artwork. The corners of the mounting paper will be held into place inside the frame, and the artwork will remain straight.

Yes. Email info@frames2u.com.au and we’ll send you them by email. Please specify the frame model.

If we are "out of stock" in any of the colors, the choice will not appear in the pull-down menu. If the item is in Clearance, only the colors shown are available, and the product will be discontinued when the inventory is depleted. If the item is not a Clearance item, the color will be re-stocked. You can always email info@frames2u.com.au with questions regarding inventory status.
